Required means we cannot quote without it. Optional means it sharpens the price.
- Contact details RequiredName, phone, email, and the address where the vehicles are parked overnight — including city, state, and ZIP.
- Every driver in the household RequiredFull name and date of birth for each licensed driver living in the home, plus marital status. North Carolina requires every household driver to be listed or formally excluded — this is the single most common reason a quote changes later.
- Every vehicle RequiredYear, make, and model for each one.
- VIN for each vehicle OptionalThe 17-character number on the dashboard or door jamb. Not required, but it pins down the exact trim and safety features, which usually moves the price.
- Current coverage OptionalYour carrier, expiration date, current liability limits, and deductibles. Lets us compare like for like instead of guessing.
- Accidents, tickets, or claims in the last 3 years OptionalTell us up front. The carrier pulls your official record regardless — mentioning it early is what keeps the quoted number and the final number the same.
Home insurance
Same idea: the first three are required, the rest sharpen the price.
- Contact details RequiredName, phone, and email.
- Property address RequiredFull address with city and ZIP, and whether you own it or are in the process of buying.
- About the house OptionalProperty type, year built, approximate square footage, and construction type — frame, brick, or masonry.
- The roof OptionalMaterial and the year it was last replaced. In North Carolina, roof age affects home insurance pricing and eligibility more than almost anything else on the list.
- Current coverage OptionalCarrier, expiration date, and current dwelling coverage amount.
- Claims in the last 5 years OptionalIncluding claims filed by a previous owner, which follow the property rather than the person.
- Anything that changes the risk OptionalPool, trampoline, wood stove, security system, home business, or valuables like jewelry or firearms that may need scheduling.
What you never need to send us
No legitimate agent needs these to produce a quote. If anyone asks for them by email or text — including someone claiming to be us — stop and call the office at (336) 835-1993.

Common questions
Do I need my Social Security number to get a quote?
No. You do not need to give an SSN to get a quote from us. Never send an SSN, a license image, or a bank account number by email or text. If a carrier needs extra verification later, it happens on that carrier's own secure system — never over email.
What is the fastest way to get an accurate quote?
Send a photo of your current declarations page. It contains your carrier, policy dates, drivers, vehicles or property details, limits, and deductibles all at once — which removes the back-and-forth and makes the comparison genuinely apples to apples.
Do I have to list everyone in my household?
Yes. North Carolina carriers require every licensed driver in the household to be listed on the policy or formally excluded from it. Leaving someone off is the most common reason a quoted price does not match the final price.
How long does a quote take?

Will getting a quote affect my credit score?
