FAQ
A few helpful answers.
Can you review an older mobile home?
Yes. We can review older single-wide and double-wide homes. Available options depend on the home’s age, condition, roof, location and use, as well as insurer requirements. A review does not guarantee a quote or coverage.
What information do I need for a quote?
Start with your home type, North Carolina ZIP code, name, phone number and preferred contact method. Your property address, approximate year built, roof details, how the home is used and current insurance help us complete the review. If photos or documents are needed, use our secure upload process.
What does replacement cost mean?
When included in your policy, replacement cost coverage generally pays to repair or replace covered property with materials of similar kind and quality without deducting for depreciation. Limits, deductibles, settlement conditions and policy terms apply. Actual cash value generally deducts depreciation. These amounts are different from a home’s market value.
Can I insure a rental mobile home?
Tell us if you rent the home to others or plan to do so. A rental home needs a review based on its use and may require different coverage from an owner-occupied home. Available options depend on the property, occupancy and insurer requirements.
