Yes. Share the venue’s written requirements, including limits, requested certificate wording, additional insured instructions and the deadline. Our team can review available options against those requirements. Acceptance by the venue and coverage availability need to be confirmed.
Tell us whether alcohol is complimentary, sold or served by a licensed vendor. Alcohol-related liability needs a separate review. We will discuss the applicable host liquor or liquor liability options and the venue’s requirements rather than assume alcohol is included.
Tell us about your anniversary gathering, private party or other celebration. Eligibility depends on the event’s activities, location, attendance and the market’s guidelines. We will confirm whether an option is available for your event.
Contact us while you are planning, ideally before the venue’s insurance deadline. Purchase deadlines and coverage conditions vary. Waiting until a problem is known can affect your options; ask us to review your dates early.
It may provide some protection, but the location, activities, alcohol plans and policy exclusions matter. Send us your current policy and the venue requirements so we can review them. Do not assume home coverage meets the venue’s needs.
